    • On July 17, the Court issued a Notice of Deficiency re: Taitz’s renewed Motion for Default.
    • On July 17, the Judge issued a written Order requiring Taitz to properly serve defendants no later than August 16, 2009, and file Proof of Service of such on or before August 23, 2009.
