As Prof. Jacobson so succinctly puts it, even the President cannot violate the 4th Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, or getting their asses kicked, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. [italicized portion added]

Exactly what grade did Mr. Obama get in Constitutional Law? Oh, wait a minute — that’s just another piece of his background that nobody exactly knows! Imagine that…
