ATTENTION….

I want as much focus on this blog as possible when I publish Part 3 of the TerriK Investigation Report, subtitled:

STATE OF HAWAII LAW DEMANDS THAT VITAL RECORDS INFORMATION FOR PRESIDENT OBAMA BE RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC ALONG WITH ALL RECORDS PERTAINING TO DoH DIRECTOR FUKINO’S JULY 27, 2009 PRESS RELEASE.

Not only has Obama waived privacy interests, the state waived them as well. More important is the fact that state law governs that no privacy interest exception applies when the information requested is required to be released under the UIPA at 92F-12.

The only question is whether Hawaii will obey its own laws.

I will publish this report late tonight or early tomorrow morning.

I wouldn’t be relying that much on Leo and the others. The HI Office of Information Practices, the agency the infamous “TerriK” appealed the decision of the Department of Health to has reponded. And not surprisingly they agreeded with the DoH.

Of course Leo is aware of that. And he should also be aware that the courts in HI usually defer to the opinion of the OIP in these matters. An interesting piece from the article…

However, per HRS 338, the vital records are not collected for the purpose of being made publicly available and are in fact explicitly stated to not be released publicly. Leo seems to interpret 92F-12(a)(15) as if anytime some information is made public, the underlying data should also be made public. Such an interpretation runs directly counter to HRS 338 and the better and more likely interpretation of HRS 92F-12(a)(15), namely the avoidance of reduplication of data generation.”

Where did you learn that kind of logic? From Orly Taitz?

We have already exposed the FactCheck technique of “factchecking” which actually involves no checking of facts but just taking unconfirmed allegations from other blogs, and I did a long comment deconstructing how unprofessional they are in their approach to what I shall loosely call “journalism”, and others have pointed out their lack of credentials IN journalism, so let the readers judge who is credible and who is not.

I provided the link when I first pointed out these facts to everyone. I’m not in the business of going around researching my past posts for everyone who’s not paying attention. IF you really care to know the truth, you will find the link yourself.

It’s probably in Phil’s post about how it’s proven that FactCheck doesn’t check facts. I wrote the comment to refute another True Believer who made the same false claim that Obama’s COLB was open to view to anyone, including all media. It IS false, by FactCheck’s own words.

I do not appreciate your implication that I am lying about whether the link exists. The interview was linked by me on this blog. I am not lying about it. It is not an admission that the link doesn’t exist. I resent your attitude, but of course it’s not surprising because you do not seem to be interested in honest debate or the truth, only in misleading people who read this blog.

Please cite your sources for the information you state above. Credible, factual sources. Mr. Brooks phone number is on the FactCheck website, why don’t you call him and verify the information I provided.

I don't who is less credible, you or factcheck.org. They obviously didn't check facts about anything when it comes to Obama; or they would have known he has no long form BC, would have known that his classmates have stated he bragged about being born in kenya, and would have found out why he has "vital records", and why no one in Hawaii DoH would verify the COLB or the Transaction for a 2007 COLB they posted. I mean really Sue, open your eyes, it can't get anymore obvious that Factcheck.org is a partisan political website.

What does Mr. Charlton consider “evidence?” This is not “evidence” but rather speculation and rumors.

Where did you learn that kind of logic? From Orly Taitz? Makes about as much sense as “You eat apples, so you wear purple on Saturdays.” or “You own a dog, so you play lacrosse.” Utter nonsense.

*So you then agree that Obama was (and could still be through the nuances required by British law up to the present date) a British citizen and the case for this being forbidden (as it has been for all former Presidents – except one who advertised his very acceptance of this NBC definition in his own behavior to hide his fraudulent dates) by the requirements for eligibility for POTUS. And thus, the proceedings toward a settlement of this ineligibiity should go forward. Thank you for accepting the case of British citizenship!*

Where did you get all that from “Before the election a copy of his COLB was available to view at his headquarters in Chicago.” How very bizarre. As you know, the Hawaiian COLB tells you only he is a natural born US citizen. That’s all that matters to be eligible.

You accept the COLB so you accept the British Citizenship. (love and marriage … go together like a horse and carriage)

I personally spoke with Brooks Jackson, Director, FactCheck.org who told me that other members of the media were invited to Obama’s campaign office to view the COLB.
