Jury Update: Texas, Arkansas and Evidence
Bob Campbell, editor of AmericanGrandJury.org, posted an update regarding Texas and Arkansas happenings, as well as a brief survey of what’s been accomplished to date with respect to the citizen grand jury movement:
Things are happening — Texas has teamed up with the resources at American Grand Jury to conduct their FIRST Online Grand Jury hearing.We are only a few days away from that start date thanks to Dianna and others who have worked to put this Constitutional Grand Jury on the firing line.
If you think our online Grand Jury program doesn’t work, think again! Dianna is a graduate of the AGJ Class of April 29. Once she figured out how to work the system she got busy making things happen in Texas.
We had 32 members come from the Class of 29. A good 50% of them are now more active than ever. Here are a just few examples:
Mack, Ken and Robert have set up “command centers” to distribute the “presentments” to all volunteers far and wide who want to file with their local sheriffs, courts and judges.
Julie is working on administrative things like certificates for the graduates and mailing lists.
Yvette is corresponding with important conservatives to tell them about American Grand Jury.
Bill, Finbarr, Sharon, Jeanette, Carl, James, Maggie and Jackie have pledged to file the “presentments” in their respective jurisdictions.
Right behind Texas in the schedule will be the very first ARKANSAS GRAND JURY. Mack is heading up that organization. The group has set a firm date around the middle of May and will be using the American Grand Jury web-servers to get the jury members up to speed in the study of evidence, information and rules.
Much more is happening — it is simply amazing to me how a band of warriors like the Class of 29 are driving forward.
States that were represented in the Class of 29: AZ, CO, AR, CA, NY, PA, WI, NH, TX, TN, NV, IL, MS, VA, KY, MA, CT, VA and SC — Awesome!
Things aren’t stopping with the Class of 29. The next Grand Jury classes in May are already showing promising leadership. Jim in CA is a good example. He hasn’t even graduated and is in the process of organizing the first Californina Grand Jury.
So you see folks, there is history in the making brewing in American. As far as the American Grand Jury members are concerned, the Constitution and the 5th Amendment are alive and kicking.

Further evidence that could be used to support authorities moving forward on the eligibility front includes something I reported on back in March regarding retired naval Officer Walter Fitzpatrick…
Not only the above, but further evidence could go to show that since Mr. Obama was not born of two American parents but was, in fact, a British subject at birth, this lends substantial doubt as to his qualifications to serve as President.

Specifically:
WASHINGTON (Thursday, April 10, 2008) – Sens. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) and Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) today introduced a resolution expressing the sense of the U.S. Senate that presidential candidate and current Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.) is a ‘natural born Citizen,’ as specified in the Constitution and eligible to run for President.
In February, The New York Times published a report calling into question the legality of McCain’s presidential run. McCain was born to American citizens stationed on an American Naval base in the Panama Canal Zone. He has since served in the U.S. Navy, and, since 1983, has served in the U.S. Congress.
“Because he was born to American citizens, there is no doubt in my mind that Senator McCain is a natural born citizen,” said Leahy. “I expect that this will be a unanimous resolution of the Senate.”
“It is silly for anyone to argue that Senator McCain is not eligible to become president,” said McCaskill. “I would hope that this is something we can all agree on, for goodness sakes.”
At a Judiciary Committee hearing on April 3, Leahy asked Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, himself a former Federal judge, if he had doubts that McCain was eligible to serve as President.
“My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied.
“That is mine, too,” said Leahy. [emphases added]
Of course, all of this verbiage is based on a senatorial resolution which has no binding effect on anyone and even if it were put into the form of an act, could even be construed as unconstitutional. Nevertheless, there is no way that Mr. Obama would fit under this loosely-defined construct.

I will characterize you as I see fit and as the evidence suggests. It is a simple factual observation that the Birthers and the Truthers have begun to blur. What was at one point primarily a similarity based entirely on paranoia and conspiracy mongering has evolved to where you guys are explicitly embracing each other.
Toughen up, Phil. Be a mensch. Just because your feelings got hurt doesn’t mean your opponent is “mean spirited and unpatriotic.”
It is not your extremism that I object to. It is your error.

If you’re going to be mean-spirited and unpatriotic (by pejoratively castigating those of us who actually question this Administration, President and federal government), at least do it correctly; even the Department of Homeland Security got it right:

Anybody can use the USNA letterhead anytime they want. You don’t even have to be a graduate. It’s just stationary.
But actual service academy grads (like Me and Walt) generally use it only when we are attending the Academy, and primarily in letters home to our parents or girlfriends.
On graduation, we generally grow up.
But as Walt shows, that’s only a generalization.
I listened to a radio interview with Walter Fitzpatrick. He is an American Hero. He said that the silent response so far from Obama is quite telling. A court martial for Mr. Fitzpatrick would force Obama into court. Who of these two seems afraid to step like a man into a courtroom and defend himself? The most interesting part of the interview was when Mr. Fitzpatrick said that if he were to be court martialed (may God watch over him), that the person in charge would be Vice Admiral Bruce MacDonald. Mr. Fitzpatrick went on to say that he met Vice Admiral MacDonald before his rise to this rank. They became friends in a Bible study group in the state of Washington. Life is interesting, is it not???

Those misguided persons who are subject to the hypnotic power of “The One” have been alerted and given their orders.
The Grand Jury tactic really has their leaders concerned. They have been ordered to spread rumors that people who participate in Constitutional Grand Juries are breaking the law and will go to jail. They will use any weak argument and select real or imagined criminal codes to scare people.
Remember this important fact: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Getting together to examine evidence of possible crimes by politicians and presenting evidence of such alleged crimes to the judiciary is “the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances”.
Given the significant increase in warnings and delusional, irrational, obscene, threatening comments from Obama supporters I would conclude that Obama’s lawyers and administration propagandists think the Grand Jury tactic is a real threat.

For me,this whole issue always comes back to SR511.The mind-blowing complicity is amazing.It really does lend credence to the whole notion of a shadow government in control of both parties.Neither of which is on the red/white/blue team.It is heartbreaking to hear the blind loyalty of the younger generation to the ‘government’ over their countrymen.Very sad.
Hillary and Obama both unequivocally know that Obama is NOT a “natural born citizen” of the United States.
Why else would they have co-sponsored S. 2678 and attempted to define “natural born citizen” to mean: “Any person born to any citizen of the United States while serving in the active or reserve components of the United States Armed Forces”?
As UN-Americans, Hillary and Obama sure weren’t motivated out of their patriotism or fondness of the military now were they?

Good ideas, good energy going . . . but would you please fix your graphic from the Naval Academy to say “CRIMINAL” instead of “CRINMINAL”?
As a West Point graduate myself, I cannot resist making a couple observations regarding Walt Fitzpatrick.
First, his use of the US Naval Academy letterhead is almost heartbreaking in its pathos. I know Walt still smarts from his career ending court martial for embezzlement, but the glory of his days as a Midshipman has been over for more than 30 years. Time to get over the disappointment of of a career that did not pan out. Graduating from the boat school entitled him only to the opportunity, not the success. He needed to earn that on his own, and he didn’t.
Second, it would be so much more impressive a letter had he managed to correctly spell the word “Criminal” in his subject line. I am not nit picking. It is only one sign of the complete amateurism of his attempt to board this particular bandwagon.
“Distribution: Wide?” I’m sorry, but that’s just funny.
“Posing as an impostor president?” Wouldn’t than mean Obama was actually a real president, but simply posing as an impostor?
There is a reason this issue has gained exactly zero traction in the courts, among our elected leaders, with the MSM. Walt’s letter is actually among the less absurd products of the Birther movement. And that is damning with faint praise indeed.
Don’t mean to be nit-picky, but I hope that the misspelling of “criminal” in the subject line was corrected before being sent out! Proof-reading and correction of misspelled words is needed to present professional looking documents!
Other than that little error, BRAVO for all of these active participants in the American Grand Jury efforts!!
