The Birthers

We are the Birthers, we are those who are under attack by the Mainstream Media, the once bastions of truth, have become the purveyors of cheap words. They want to mock us by giving us a label to discredit and marginalize us. This is nothing new, when people have no direction they attack those who do.

Labeling and ridiculing the opposition is a tactic of the communist union organizer Saul Alinsky which he detailed in his book, “Rules for Radicals”. Specifically that tactic is Rule #5. Obama is the grandmaster of Alinsky smear tactics and ridicule. He learned it well when he worked as a “community organizer” studying Alinsky the father of “community organizing”. A community organizer is simply a euphemism for a leader and trainer of radical agitators and street type demonstrations.

Lenin and Stalin had the “Bourgeois,” Hitler had the “Untermenschen,” Pol Pot had the “Intelligentsia,” and now Obama has the “Birthers.” People like this have always needed someone to blame for their own inadequacies, a scapegoat for their failures.

They expect us to revere their writings and status as mainstream reporting, they want us to fold like little children being scolded by the teacher. They are blind to their own impotence, so we accept their challenge and feel that it is best and fair that we give them a name too. They lost the right to be called reporters, for they no longer report, they have become distorters of truth.

We accept their name, the Birthers for wanting to give rebirth to that which we as Americans hold dear. To return the favor of giving us a name in which we can find a common identity, we in turn give them a name that must be our polarizing opposites, “the O-Borters.” For they are seeking to abort the fabric that has held America together, the Constitution of the United States of America.

The fact that we were given a name by our adversaries means that we are not going to go away soon, so it is best that you hear from us, exactly what is that we are seeking.

We seek strict adherence to the Constitution of the United States of America, regardless to the momentary passions of the body politic.

Sue: Here is what I think all the elected officials should do at the city, county, state and federal level. They should compile a list of services that they provide for the taxpayers with taxpayers money. Then, let the taxpayers decide what services they want to do without.

I agree that we need to put a limit on that government credit card. But how? A priority list could be included with your income tax filing. Priorities are the KEY! for the government just like they are for an individual’s budget.

Until the corruption in our government is removed, the individuals running this country will find a way to get around any limits that are set, perhaps with off the budget money like was given to the IMF without Congressional oversight at the G20 meeting in Europe. We need to clean out the corruption and we have the power to do it peacefully if we will just use it (before we lose it).

Sue, I do not feel comfortable will all of the view points presented on conservative blogs. Neither do I feel comfortable with what the MSM is trying to pass off as the “truth”. I have been driven to look elsewhere for information, including “conservative talk radio”. I am quite alarmed watching the continuing fiscal irresponsibility and the assault on the Constitution at the hands of the current government (yes, it started in the previous administration). It is unconscionable that the people running the government are ignoring what the “little people” have been trying to tell them.

We need to get the Patriot Act repealed. It is dangerous and wasn’t needed to find out about 9/11. (Washington ignored what the “little people” in the “field” tried to tell them then. If only you could legislate a willingness to listen.)

Perhaps you will add your voice to the group of people crying “foul” to Washington. Can we all agree that the current path leads to the destruction of our country? Only together can we do anything about it.

I hope to see you and your friends join the dissent at the next tea party.

No, of course not.

I don’t know if people realize this, but because of the war and no draft, the military relaxed the standard to get into the military. There was a young man in my area recently who had the choice of the military or jail. He chose the military. His parents are hoping that the military will straighten him out. And, he’s not a bad young man, just needs some discipline.

However, I’m sure you “patriots” will try to do just that.

You might be surprised how much you and I might agree on things. I get tired of people implying that I am unpatriotic, have no common sense, don’t love my Country, don’t believe in God, etc., etc. just because I don’t agree with their political point of view.

CNN reporter Susan Roesgen was in Chicago to cover the story and went with a chip the size of an ice berg on her shoulder. She shows her lacking skills as a professional reporter as she tries to debate with a few in the crowd. Whatever happened to just reporting the news?

Nancy Polise is clueless herself as she referred to it as Astroturf and not a real grassroots movement; she believes that American people cannot organize on their own, they have to be helped from somewhere; her delusional guess is the Rich.

I am appreciative of the support FOX news gave the Tea Parties; in truth they jumped on the bandwagon late in the game. They did not create the Tea Parties, the American people did. Those Americans who didn’t forget about Government after the election, those who paid attention and were outraged by the spending that was coming out of Washington. Those who watched as Congress submitted and passed laws and didn’t care if they violated our Constitutional rights or not. Those who were ignored when they wrote and called their representatives saying NO to the pork filled stimulus bill, a conservative measure of 2 to 1 against. A bill that is over 1600 pages they never even bothered to read before voting on. That alone should be a criminal offence with a demand for removal of any politician guilty of such.

The rhetoric of the current administration that tries to apply a fairy tale to the hoax of tax breaks. Who will be paying for those voted in pet projects in the long run? Will the Representatives that submitted the research for pig odor in Idaho, at the cost of 1.7 billion dollars, step up and have their wages garnished to pay for it?

Tax breaks? Maybe on income, but they will be showing up elsewhere, The Federal Government has the credit card and we are the piggy bank. We are wise to the double speak coming from the teleprompter and we aren’t buying it.

Was this a movement of party affliction? Hell no, we are discussed with both sides. They both have a hand in getting this in this mess. They believe they are wiser than us. Well, who passed the spending bills that caused the massive deficit? Who had to toss in 88% of pure pork in the stimulus, in an already stressed economy? You caused it, and you have no clue how to fix it.

Americans that believe in the essence of what American truly stands for are standing up and yelling loud and clear “We are fed up.” It might have taken us awhile, but now that we are up and angry we are not going to sit back down and let Government run amuck. One thing you will find out about Patriot Americans, we accept our own blame in this mess; we know we should have spoke up sooner and let our voices be heard. This is something that has been coming to a boiling point for decades, not one party, not one administration, but the whole of the accumulative rape of this Country.

By law of this Nation, dear Federal Government, you only have a tally of 18 powers to govern, Our States and “WE THE PEOPLE” has the rest; and we are taking America back.
