AR State Sovereignty Bill Comes Alive in Committee, 11-4

TheTolbertReport is reporting the following on Arkansas’ HCR1011 (status page):

According to a tweet from Rep. Baird, this one has new life!  It passed on of committee this morning (04/01/2009) by a vote of 11 to 4!

The bill had previously been struck down in Committee, 8-10.
