Orly Taitz never filed anything. She is only licensed for the state of California, so what she claims to do is beyond the scope of her abilities. Please quit watching her blog for results and check with those entities she claims she filed with.

  • Will it be successful? I am not sure, not sure where politics is heading at?

She needs to keep the troops as John Doe’s and she should be able to get a lot more. She also needs to find a for JAG attorney to run the case instead of her running the case.

  • Truth and Justice says:

When (not if) Obama has to answer for his crimes in a court of law, can the news media be found culpable and complicit if it can be proven that for over a year they had been provided the same evidence and had ignored it and chose not to inform the voting public? If so, can the concerned citizens who can provide documented proof of transmittal of such evidence be a plaintiff and seek monetary damages or would it have to be a class action suit brought on behalf of the American people as a whole?
