OK State House Passes Candidate Eligibility Bill, 72-23
On Thursday, the Oklahoma State House of Representatives released the following presser:

OKLAHOMA CITY (March 12, 2009) – Legislation requiring candidates filing with the Oklahoma State Election Board and any county election board in Oklahoma to provide documentation of their citizenship has been approved by the House.
House Bill 1329, by state Rep. Mike Ritze, would require prospective candidates to provide a birth certificate showing U.S. citizenship, a non-birth U.S. citizenship certificate, a certificate of naturalization or a passport in order to file. U.S. presidential and vice presidential candidates would not be able to use either certificate of naturalization or passport. It would also make those documents subject to the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
“I think that it would be a travesty for a non-citizen to get elected to a government position,” Ritze, R-Broken Arrow, said. “I also think that it puts aside any doubts by those who would question a legitimate candidate. It is a common-sense bill and I am glad to see the House pass it.”
House Bill 1329 now awaits a hearing in the Senate.

Yaser Hamdi would not be eligible to be President because he is under age 35 and has not been a resident of the US for 14 years.
And Hamdi would pull in numbers even lower than Ron Paul, Bob Barr, Alan Keyes, etc.

People continue to assume that mere birth on U.S. soil makes a person a natural born citizen. Maybe when this issue actually gets to court and is judged on its merits, a judge will rule that U.S. birth is the sole requirement for natural born citizenship.
If the judge so rules, then someone like Yaser Hamdi would be a natural born citizen.

Somewhat on topic. Dr. Ritze of OK was on Plains Radio Friday night, 3/13, and he said that all the Sovereignty Resolutions have been put on hold for now. They began receiving concerned calls from law enforcement. Ed Hale did not ask him to expound and he offered no further explanation.
Hi everybody and welcome back as I have been in chambers contemplating the problem of the factcheck Birth Certificate and “end of story”.
If they have a Birth Certificate on factcheck.org than it had to be put up from an original piece of paper or document if you will. Let’s see the original document so that the person (Qualified Document Examiner) approving it can see the raised embossed seal that certifies it as being legitimate. In other words for those people who are too stupid to figure this out the scenario plays itself out thusly. Someone representing the Marxist party which ‘bamy is the leader of since Karl Marx is dead brings the Document before the person or persons who are putting people on the ballot for the 2012 election. They in turn have their Qualified Document Examiner paid for by the State of Oklahoma look at it and determine under penalty of perjury that it is a legitimate Document and it passes all of the requirements of not being forged and that it contains the embossed (raised) seal from the Great State of Hawaii on said Government Department of Vital Records issued Birth Certificate.
I don’t know what that stupid judge was thinking when he became irate the other day telling Berg and company that if factcheck.org didn’t satisfy their quest for truth than nothing would. If the judge wants to believe everything that is posted on the internet than I can refer him to “Dulce, New Mexico” and an underground base there that houses numerous species of aliens some of them reptilian in nature and others green.
If there were to be any other case that that retard would have come before his court there is no way on God’s green earth that he would even remotely consider “internet” proof as it is and would be a travesty of justice. It is apparent that these judges are either too afraid to do the right thing or they have been told behind closed doors “plata o plomo” which stands for “money or bullets”. To be continued as I will return after going back into chambers for a short while to sort out the rest of this mess as the supreme court of the land is AWOL. ….

There is always some degree of agency fraud. But how does a state choose to not recognize a valid federal document and conflict with the U.S. Constitution or federal law?
Too bad the LEADERS at the FEDERAL level don’t see it this way.

ROFLOL. Yep, that is exactly what I expect Obama to do. He will point to the internet photos of his document at factcheck.org, and tell the state of Oklahoma to call William Ayers at Annenberg Foundation to verify that the internet photos are valid.
What is really interesting to me is what DO YOU really think the State of Oklahoma is going to do after the above “go check on the internet at factcheck.org”.
