MO State House Rules Committee: “Do Pass” on State Sovereignty Resolution
Missouri State Rep. Jim Guest sponsors his State’s sovereignty resolution, HCR13 (status page).
It has been referred to the Rules Committee wherein it has been reported as, “Do Pass” once it has been scheduled to the floor for a vote.

You know what is just as beautiful as our Constitution written by great forefathers hundreds of years ago? People like Jim Guest who attempt to protect, preserve, to keep our constitution intact. I think he deserves reconition for his efforts. Thank you Jim Guest.

If the bill is in Committee and it has been assigned, “do pass,” that means the Committee recommends it to be passed in the particular chamber (such as the House).

What the heck does “do pass” mean?
Does it mean that they passed on discussing the bill in committee or does it mean it got through the comittee and is on its way to the house?
