27 Republicans and 19 Democrats in the South Carolina Senate. Look for this one to pass, as has Oklahoma’s, (my home state.) Being as powerfully-worded as the New Hampshire legislation, I am excited at the prospect, because if it is acted on, the Federal Government will have to treat all states equally. I cannot believe that an issue like sovereignty is being divided on party lines. Who would vote against it?

    Maureen,

    I believe so, yes.

    Hurahh for States Rights!
South Carolina has a much cherished and time honored tradition of poking a finger in the Fedgov’s eye.
Hopefully, this is only the beginning.

  • Maureen says:

So now on to the Senate and then the Governor correct?

  • Roderick says:

U think you’re so smart now ‘bamy? Holding your nose in the air like your some snob that is going to impose your will on people who think you’re a phony. Face it all that hatred talk of the United States is not sitting well with us honest to goodness Americans. cnn is cringing when they see these stories coming over the wire. One day it’s all going to blow up in their face and they are going to have no choice but to report on your removal from office. Tell me one more time “you folks haven’t been reading your Bible”. Don’t take the oath for president either because u disobeyed that oath ahead of time. u made a mockery of that oath. u no more care about the American people than hitler cared about the Germans.
