Does GA & NC have private air space? Remember the movie “Con Air”? I’m for putting them on an atoll in the middle of the Pacific. Just like Alcatraz. They could either be flown there or taken through the Panama Canal. Maybe King Kong would then come and eat them all. Case closed.
