It was rumored that Pidgeon had a “document number” for some kind of POE document, but that “publicity” destroyed any chance of getting the record. I suppose it depends on where you sit whether to believe that or not.

If one’s case is substantially the same as all other cases that have gone to SCOTUS, there’s really no point in repeating the same process.

Apparently there are other avenues that Mr. Pidgeon has/is pursuing.

I have a question, why not send it to Scotus? Is it better to go the route they are choosing for now then risk automatic defeat at Scotus.

I mean what other stragies are there if the case has already gone to this point. You cannot add more to it inbetween can you? I thought what went to the higher courts only included what was heard in the lower courts.

I noticed some people grousing over at Plains message boards trying to get info. They are also saying some unkind things. I would guess they may be trying to say bad things in an attempt to get someone to disclose what Steve and others may have.

I am glad Steve Pidgeon has the information on lockdown. Loose lips sink ships.

I am sure Steve will do his utmost to protect the Constitution. Hopefully Steve and others will get more support to assist their efforts.
