America is in the midst of a corruption crisis and Obama, the non-discloser, is blabbing about transparency.

Citizen Obama correctly comprehends that transparency is the most important issue of our age. Citizen Obama should step down or face removal by America's natural born citizens.

Phil,

I 100% agree with you. While I and many others may be justifiably unconvinced of his eligibility to be president, he is the President until SCOTUS decides otherwise. I still believe there is an unsettling constitutional crisis in the making, but if that is what it takes to determine his constitutional eligibility and, in the process, to safeguard the Constitution, then that's the way it should be. Even if it means an inept Joe Biden as Prez. The Constitution should override everything else. I just hope the eligibility determination is made sooner than later.

Of special concern to me is the fact that the guy is still an enignma--essentially unknown not only to those who voted against him, but, ironically, to those who did. That alone is worrisome.

And if he is as socialist or otherwise far left as I believe he is, I believe the Americam free enterprise republican system is in serious jeopardy. I am convinced that, incrementally, he and his big-gov't Administraiton will try to make us over into a carbon copy of those failed European socialist states. I have no reasonable doubts about that. Such a transformation is anathema to me and, I'm sure, to many others. We'd best be very vigilant and involved in the months ahead if we are to deter such a makeover. But, alas, I think our opposition in this regard may be for naught. I am genuinely pessimistic and deeply concernd about the "new direction" of this republic, and too many of us are still blinded by the glitter of it all. So sad.

Thanks for your excellent efforts

I remember,

I have always maintained -- and will continue to do so -- that the President is alleged to be ineligible for said office. I have also always maintained that there exists, in my opinion, reasonable doubt such that there should be questions pertaining to his eligibility. The fact of the matter is that nobody knows for sure if he really is eligible, and the American People have a right to know -- especially now that the President is a public official -- the answer to that question by serving us objectively verifiable documentation that stipulates the facts one way or the other.

However, I have also always maintained that all American citizens -- and I have every reason to believe that the President is, in fact, an American citizen, until the evidence shows otherwise -- are innocent of any accusations until proven guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt." If I stand by that statement, then I must also conclude, for the present time, that the President is currently the President of these United States.

If, in your or anyone else's perspective, that makes me less than American or, worse, a "traitor," then that's your accusatory prerogative to stipulate such. In my defense, I would simply say that I cannot be reasonably expected to come to any other conclusion than what I have said until such time as the evidence shows otherwise.

Thanks for the question,

-Phil

Phil,

It saddens me greatly to read your words,

"Barack Hussein Obama is now officially America’s 44th President. This means that despite many eligibility challenges,"

I never thought you would accept the phoney legality claims of Obama.

The burden of proof is on O to prove his eligibility, not for anyone else to. We have no burned or obligation to accept his unproven claims.

He is not the 44th President. The office is vacant.

The Constitution clearly reads, "No person who is not a natural born citzien, . . . shall be president" of the USA.

do you still uphold the constitution, or have your accepted rather the specious silence of the courts as the supreme Law of the Land?

Tonight, in one of President Obama's speeches, he stated that his father was from Kenya and his mother was from Kansas. Of course, we knew as much, except some supporters of his were blogging that Frank Marshall Davis might be his father. I suppose they thought they might need to use this if things got too hot.

With all due respect, Obama is not officially president due
to the wording of the 20th Amendment to the US Constitution.
Since Obama is not qualified, Biden is president until Congress
decides what to do.
I quote both the 20th and 25th Amendments in my recent post.

"or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then
the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President
shall have qualified;"

Personally, I am appalled to witness a "False President" be
inaugurated. No right's or ruling's to contest his "ineligibility to
be President is even more disturbing. There is NO Proof that he is
even a "true" citizen of the United States. The MSM elected him by
NOT Reporting full detail's of Obama's Nationality and History.
It is a sad day for OUR Constitution and Forefather's who created our Nation's Law's.
Hopefully the current Lawsuit's against the "False President" will
prevail, but it seem's that the "truth" will never be told until he
is out of Office. Our Country is in for a "Big" Change and NOT a
Good One! Dan
