Gov. Schwarzenegger Pushing Citizenship Issue in DC
The following is a posting from the RovingPatrol blog with a very prescient link from ViralGrapeVine.com. Essentially, it is alleged that the Governor wants the President-Elect to be sworn in so as to create a political form of precedent that would allow the Governor to run for President (the lawyers showed up on December 9, 2008 and the Governor’s December 15, 2008 speech in California could be construed as referencing this push):
Dec. 9 Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly has lawyers on Capital Hill pushing the Obama citizenship case forward towards a precedent setting change in the Constitution. Unlike right wing Republicans, Schwarzenegger wants Obama to ultimately be victorious in front of the Supreme Court if they should choose to hear a case questioning whether or not Barack Obama can be sworn in even though he may have been technically born in Kenya before being certified as a citizen in Hawaii.
The Gubbernator sees common cause (temporarily) with those that would keep Obama from taking office, hoping that the question of fact in Obama’s birth will be admitted and that he will be allowed to be sworn in anyway.
That would create the legal precedent allowing a person not Natural Born in America to run for President. Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to be that next President and with Palin and Huckabee currently polling in the lead for the Republican nomination, Arnold could knock them out like an extra pointing a gun at him in a cheap action thriller.
So the question is, what exactly are Arnold’s lawyers doing in Washington????
Well, that’s where things get interesting. Apparently, they are seeking out a key witness in the Obama case. There are two issues at play. One is a question of fact, was Obama born in Kenya. The other is a question of Constitutional crisis. Can a person born in Kenya and elected by the electoral college serve as President or will he have to relinquish the job to Joseph Biden.

Well even though this article is a complete fabrication I think it does show something. If Obama, not eleigible for office can obtain it then anyone can. And if the courts will not hear the cases or make a ruling on them then there is no need to change the constitution. It is automatically changed by the act itself and Arnold would have grounds to presue the matter.
I think this article is just showing the possiblities that could come about from this situtation.
To change the law for Arnold, a constitutional amendment would be required that needs 2/3 majority of both houses of congress and ¾ state ratification. Unlikely.
The courts are hell-bent to protect BHO’s secret. As Allen Keyes stated in an interview, this is “dereliction of duty”. The judges could not care less – they have a job for life. The Judiciary Branch is out of control. The judges took oaths to uphold the Constitution; however, their arbitrary use of the “standing” doctrine makes the Constitution unenforceable.
Remember that even Ron Paul did not have “standing” some years ago when he filed a lawsuit based on some constitutional issue. BHO knew this, he was teaching constitutional law.
My guess is that this issue will hunt BHO as Watergate hunted Nixon. It should be called Husseingate.

I thought I was the only one seeing this. I’m the first to say Obama needs to “cough up the evidence,” but people need to read, research, and think before getting so spun up on something.
And to those who want to slam the people falling for this as nuts, just remember the nutty stories about Sarah Palin that circulated among the other side literally hours after she was named to be a Vice Presidential candidate.
Schwarzenegger is right. “no matter what corner of the world his father or mother comes from, can even become president of the United States” If both your parents are American citizens, even naturalized American citizens, at the time of your birth, and you are born on American soil, then you can become President.

Okay folks, think about it. This is a story that alleges that Arnold (The Terminator) Schwarzenegger is looking for someone named Sarah, whose maiden name is Connor, and her son is named John.

This is one of those instances whereby I’ve posted a story that sounds very interesting yet will hopefully allow readers to further think about what’s going on. I’ll also be happy to be wrong on this posting as well.

The viralgrapevine.com is a website like ‘The Onion’. You might want to take a look at the names in the article – ‘Sarah’ and her son ‘John C.’ – do you see the similarity between this and ‘The Terminator’ its a satirical article. Johns grandfather – Gerald ‘Connors’.
If he is indeed doing this, then this is good news. Even if it’s behind the scenes, it lends power to the effort to confront Obama on this. Consider the possible outcome:
1. Obama coughs up the evidence that he is American-born, resulting in two things:
A. The actual secret he’s hiding, thus showing his low character, and,
B. An admission that even Obamessiah–The One: He-Who-Makes-the-Waters-Recede–is subject to the Constitution.
2. Obama is shown to be foreign-born and thrown out, and in the process discrediting his party and leading lots of fun disruptions by certain demographics.
3. Obama is shown to be foreign-born and allowed to serve. In this case, he demonstrated himself to be a liar (he has to know) and discrediting himself, the Court is discredited, and it all leads to a long-overdue reaction by the people. He also has zero chance in 2012, regardless of the outcome.

Something about this whole story seems odd.
Arnold’s big mouth will probably help our cause. His blasting away that if Obama can be president then so can he then maybe the Supreme Court will listen more closely to the concerns many Americans have about Obama’s citizenship. Before, it was just a speculation now it seems to be out in the open with Arnold’s proclamations. Thanks Arnold! Thanks for helping our cause. I used to love his movies, but not anymore. I’m sick of him.

I can’t believe it has come to this. Doesn’t matter if I like, or dislike Arnold or Obama, they are not natural born. Perhaps this will get the SCOTUS off their collective behinds and make a decision to uphold or destroy the Constitution so we can all move on.
Now one would assume that this fellow would definitely have standing for proof since he could show harm if proof isn’t revealed.
So, do you that Ahnold will have, shall we say, more means of persuasion that all the others to get beyond the barriers? After all, “Ve have our vays”!
