Candidate Qualification: TN Senator: “Eligibility Issue Investigated and Confirmed”

Yesterday, I received a letter from an anonymous source that had a letter from TN Senator Lamar Alexander attached to it. In the letter, it states:
“Thanks for getting in touch with me and letting me know what’s on your mind regarding the allegations about President elect Barack Obama’s citizenship. This issue has been investigated and it has been confirmed that the President elect is in fact a natural born citizen and therefore is eligible for the office of President. I appreciate you contacting me with your concerns, and I hope that you will continue to get in touch with me and let me know what’s on your mind regarding the important issues facing our nation.”

The letter was dated January 5th, on what appeared to be authentic letterhead, and the signature matched the signature posted on the Senator’s website.

I’ll post the letter later tonight, as my tipster wants to remove her personal information before posting it on the web. I’ll also post our response to his office.
Wouldn’t it be nice to find out (1) who did the investigation; (2) what, exactly, did they do to investigate; and (3) how did they go about concluding that said investigation was “enough,” beyond all reasonable doubt, to determine eligibility?
As far as I know, virtually all of the President-Elect’s documentation — from collegiate records to financial information to medical records to, yes, his original birth certificate — is off limits from public scrutiny.
I’ll similarly post more as I receive it.

2010 is coming… we need to organize a movement to encourage all citizens to vote every incumbent up for reelection in 2010 out of office.
Find trustworthy candidates who will protect the US Constitution, secure our borders and return Federal government to the core purposes for which it was created: to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.

My responses to Senator Martinez’s Quotes:
“Like you, I believe that our federal government has the responsibility to make certain that the Constitution of the United States is not compromised. We must fight to uphold our Constitution through our courts and political processes.”
My Comment: Okay, Federal goverment has the responsibility to make certain the Constitution is not compromised, even through the courts if necessary.
“The court further noted that voters, not courts, should decide whether a particular presidential candidate is qualified to hold office.”
My Comment: Here he saying the Court says the voters should decide if a candidate is qualified.
“Presidential candidates are vetted by voters at least twice – first in the primary elections and again in the general election. President-Elect Obama won the Democratic Party’s nomination after one of the most fiercely contested presidential primaries in American history.”
My Comment: The voters vet the candidates twice by voting. This most fiercely contested election was won because of unknowledgeable voters, money and ACORN.
I do not believe that Senator Martinez understands his role as Senator. He is a voice for his constituents, a voice of the people who are trying to enforce the Constitution. We should not be put through this harang to get Congress and the Courts to properly execute their jobs.
Federal Government has the responsibility to uphold our Constitution. We must fight through the Courts and Political Processes to do this. Okay, here he is saying Federal Government and Courts uphold the Constitution.

Rep. Bishop claims that “Presidential candidates are vetted more thoroughly than candidates for any other job in the world…” It would be interesting for him to elaborate on this claim, such as: Who did the vetting for Mr. Obama? What evidence for his eligibility did they use? Who determined that said vetting process was “enough?” When did this vetting process occur?
As far as I know, virtually all documentation providing empirical history of the President has long since been under seal.

My question is if John Roberts has unsolved claims in his court that he has not ruled on as yet why would he sware this man Barak Hussain Obama a/k/a Barry Soetoro into THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT OF America. And going back on what proof did the Electoral Colledge have to give a pass to O.H.B. And as I’ve read from other comments the GOP has done nothing the DNC has done nothing, the congressmen, senators no paid political represenatives are taking this matter serious. Maybe it’s time we the people stand up and ask for a recall of every official in our government. If they are not concerned about the Constitution of America then I think it’s time to throw them out and put ALL NEW BLOOD IN for the sake of our country. We can’t let our Constitution be distroyed.
