Jody Brockhausen, Plaintiff pro se in the Texas case Brockhausen v. Andrade, has learned that her case is slated to be heard on January 22.

Her case (Case #081001C3368) was originally filed on October 27, 2008 in the 368th Judicial District Court in Williamson County, Texas against the Secretary of State Esperanza Andrade.
