DOES THE YEAR 1982 MEAN ANYTHING. That is the year that HI.Amended the statute to allow rgeistration of outside births. Place of birth noted on certificate. This document is prima facie evidence in all legal proceedings.Where did you come up with this dr. signature and name of hospital crap. Where is this mentioned in any legal statute? The name of the game is smearing moving the goalpost. Next you will come up with another phantom legal theory.

Ms. Ericson, I apologize for throwing a wet blanket on all your commendable research, but it doesn’t make the internet image a valid birth document. Some disregard the analyses by Polarik and Techdude and IsraelInsider because they find fault with the messenger. But they cannot fault the facts (except for the claim of a hidden “Maya” artifact in the .pdf file, possibly).

1. The different images are manufactured from Jay McKinnon’s original creation, which had no data except “Oahu” and the date and time of birth. It lacked the embossed seal and the black stamp bleeding through, which were added in later renditions.

2. The security border is cobbled together at the bottom.

3. The certification number is blacked out, which makes a Certification void for any legal purpose.

4. The father’s race is called “African”, a malapropism. The valid term in 1961 was “Negro” (or perhaps “Colored”). “African” is not a race; it could refer to “Negroid”, “Caucasian”, “Arab”, “Hindu” or “Indian”, “Mongolid”, “Polynesian”, or any other race represented on the African continent.

5. “HRS § 338-13(b)” at the bottom is missing the “§” symbol.

6. Use your photo editor to magnify the image to 3X. Note that the green background does not appear between the letters of the data. The data was cut-and-pasted from a white background.

The document is a forgery on the face of it, which nullifies any alterations, amendments, and other legal fine points.

Grandma Sarah and clan are coming to America for the Inaguration!!! Wonder who is paying for over 50 people to travel…including step brother!!!!! This is disgusting. why couldnt charge him under the treason law of the constitution.. it says all you need is two witnesses to varify hes not natural born.. 3 people at wrif radio varified that obama was born in kenya by peter ogego(ambassador of kenya).. if 2 or more people varify this phone conversation, is’nt that a binding contract by law?–if you have the witnesses, the case should stand huh?–obama would defentally have to provide the his allegence to the court–right?
