Chris Strunk, who is a Republican running for New York’s Senate District 18 and Plaintiff pro se in certain Chris Strunk NY Cases, has provided an update regarding his Freedom of Information Act request:

Dateline Friday 1/2/09:

As of today I received the go ahead from the DC District Court for the FOIA case (08-cv-2234) in re the Dunham / Soetoro (Obama) records (complaint attached) presumably with filing date 11/26/08.

As of 12/26/08 I sent an additional FOIA to DHS re Soetoro and Dunham (the Ford Foundation / CIA connection) in preparation for amending the Complaint 08-cv-2234 to include DHS also – to be sent by tomorrow.

    what information is Strunk asking for??

    I have a few FOIAs out myself and want to know what he’s asking for from the Dept. of State.

    Whats amazing is that Sen Conyers of Texas was on Fox today braying about how he is going to stop Franken from taking the Senate Seat “by the rules” but this A-hole is well aware of the matter of Barry not being a NBC but is ignoring the Constitution.

    This is going to be an interesting case, especially since the district court is allowing the request for information. I find it odd the FBI has not investigated the fraudulent use of a president elect mother’s social security number.

    Or perhaps they currently are looking into this…
