Berg v. Obama: Justice Souter Denies Injunction
Philip Berg, Plaintiff in Berg v. Obama, filed for an injunction to stop the Electoral College from having their votes cast by Monday, December 15.
Today, according to the case’s docket (see also “Supreme Court Info” on the top right sidebar), there is the following line:
Dec 9 2008 Application (08A505) denied by Justice Souter.
The Bulletin posted an article today regarding Berg’s case and had the following to say:
Mr. Berg’s lawsuit has not yet been scheduled for conference with the Supreme Court, although the Supreme Court justices will vote on another lawsuit originating in Connecticut on Dec. 12. In such a conference, hearings will be scheduled to a case should four of the nine justices vote to hear the case.
The Bulletin has consistently been very fair about this matter, and while I don’t know if the publisher is aware of Associate Justice Souter’s denial of injunction, I’m pretty sure this does not mean that Berg’s case is completely dismissed; I’ll stand by the story that SCOTUS is still going to schedule it for Conference soon.

“Am I optimistic? Absolutely,” he said. “One way or the other, we’re going to get to the bottom of this. One way or the other, the truth will come out, and he will not take office as president of the United States.”

You say that Obama “knew what was going on”. Yes he did, and does. Not only that, but he has publicly disclosed this fact on his website when he admits to being a British subject. This means he is free of responsibility for this action. He has not kept this a secret.
He has dumped it all in the hands of the electors and congress. At this time, they have not disclosed the truth as Obama has, They would be the ones liable.

The Supreme Court can only address the “natural born citizen” clause when Obama is elected. He will not be elected until the congress certifies the electoral college. The electoral college means nothing until congress says it does. This is the point where congress has responsibility—January 8—when they meet to consider the electoral college. It will be their duty, under penalty of treason, to make sure the candidate is qualified. If they do not, and certify the electoral college on January 8, then the Supreme Court can step in.
Berg’s case is scheduled for conference on January 9. Just a coincidence?
The consequences of the Supreme Court declining to address the US Constitution’s “natural born citizen” clause on the morning of Monday 12/15/08 — thereafter enabling the College of Electors to transform the crisis from “law” to “political and Congressional”, leading to the ‘inauguration’ of Mr. Obama, are nothing less than catastrophic. Lawsuits by members of the military challenging his ‘commander in chief’ status are INEVITABLE. And a military takeover to oust the “usurper” may be inevitable as well. Where is the media? This is no “tin foil hat” joke.

The letters will be sent FedEx to all 538 members of the Electoral College and will be delivered Friday morning, giving each elector the weekend to consider the constitutional issues raised by Obama’s presidency.
