National Press Club, Leo, Cort Interview Highlights

I barely know where to begin. OK. Big news for Tues 12-9-08 and Friday 12-1208. Leo Donfrio’s case was denied today, BUT Cort Wrotnowski’s case was distributed for conference by all nine SCOTUS Justices this coming Friday morning. Leo’s legal arguments were a large bases portion of Cort’s. Leo strengthened the arguments in Cort’s case, AND both Leo and Cort are heading to the SCOTUS Tues to file a supplemental brief further strengthening Cort’s case. They will answer questions from the media at the SCOTUS steps at 11:00AM.
This is far from over. Leo is fired up. Let the media know that Leo and Cort will be there at 11:00 AM Tues.   Â
And it gets even better – my eyes are still crossed. I attended the most amazing press conference anyone could imagine today. The room was packed overflowing. (It was probably the same room at the National Press Club used by Rev Wright ranting on after Obama didn’t want him too. I’ll try and find out…Poetic isn’t it?.) Philip J. Berg, Esq., Bob Shultz, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq, and the ever lovable, Pastor James Manning, just SPANKED a room full of press with four big professional vid cams running, etc. Wow. It was hard not to cheer, and Pastor Manning got an ovation even in there!

You’ll never see this in MSM. We’ll have it produced and posted by Tues early afternoon PST. It’s 90+ minutes. You can see the whole thing.
Also, the InvestigatingObama blog is giving a great play-by-play on this evening’s Plains Radio Network interview of Leo Donofrio and Cort Wrotnowski on their respective cases. Key quotes include: “Press is avoiding Wrotnowski, while it plays up the denial of Donofrio’s hearing”, and “Adam Liptak of the New York Times is inqiring, also Eric Zorn of the Chicago Tribune.”

Time to send form letters to your Senators and Reps so that they can just hand it to Dick Cheney on Jan 6 and dont have to think.

I, _______________, being a Senator/Representative of the United States from ___________, hereby state my objection to the certification of the Electoral vote for President of the United States and request that this process be otherwise suspended at this time.
I am of the belief that the candidate for President (Mr. Obama) fails to qualify for that Office under Article II of the Constitution which requires that the President be a “natural born citizen”.
It is my reasonable belief based upon statements and admissions by Mr. Obama himself, that he is not qualified for several possible reasons including but not limited to the fact that at the time of birth his father was a citizen of Kenya.
As it is my duty pursuant to my oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States and in that regard and as I might otherwise be subject to penalties of law for not taking such action, I request that the certification process and the issue of qualification of Mr. Obama for the Presidency pursuant to Article II of the Constitution be suspended and immediately referred to the Supreme Court for final and complete determination.

The third page story in the Miami Herald today (12-9)is titled,”Obama can take office, Court rules”.
The article goes on to state many complete fantasies, mixing in a little Berg here a little Donofrio there and a little fabrication to make it all taste good. Unreal-the level of misinformation is staggering and frightening.
Thanks.Phil,find out who the Steve guy was on Plains Radio with Leo was.Great interview.The guy didn’t get defensive over Leo’s gregarious nature and suggestions.He explained how he’s not going after Obama,but after the SEc. of States.And when Leo said the stuff about not relying on rumors of false birth certs on factcheck. and fightthesmears,Steve said it doesn’t matter.Obama posted it,and the Sec. of State must do their job.Cort’s case looks good,and Leo is back on board with that one.But he can’t expect everyone to agree with him on Obama being born in Hawaii.Steve is shooting for a double whammy of ineligibility.Very interesting guy.Didn’t get his last name as they had audio problems as usual with Ed the wheat stalk chewer tuning his banjo and fiddling with sound knobs.Thanks.
