Lightfoot v. Bowen: CA Supreme Court Case “Petition for Extraordinary Writ for Mandamus for Stay”

Dr. Orly Taitz, DDS, lawyer in Keyes v. Bowen, reports today that she has filed a second California lawsuit, Lightfoot v. Bowen (PDF). It has been received by the Clerk’s office at the California Supreme Court today. California Supreme Court Docket number S16869. Gail Lightfoot is the Vice Presidential candidate for Ron Paul and other co-Plaintiffs are Electors for the Constitution Party.

As the posting reads, in part:

Orly hopes that the California Supreme Court will either issue an emergency stay of the voting of the electors, or decline to hear the case because it is a federal issue. Either way, Orly hopes that the California Supreme Court will make this pronouncement in a timely manner.

DR. ORLY TAITZ FILES NATURAL BORN CITIZEN SUIT IN CALIFORNIA SUPREME COURT

Orly has filed suit on behalf of a group of plaintiffs in the California Supreme Court. One of the plaintiffs was Ron Paul’s VP running mate in California.  She also has a few plaintiffs that were in the military.  The California Supreme Court Docket number is S16869.  This from Orly’s blog:

Today, December 3, 2008, Dr. Orly Taitz, DDS Esq filed a second lawsuit in the Supreme Court of California; Lightfoot v. Bowen, docket number S168690. This is a “Petition for Extraordinary Writ of Mandamus for Stay”.

Orly hopes that the California Supreme Court will either issue an emergency stay of the voting of the electors, or decline to hear the case because it is a federal issue. Either way, Orly hopes that the California Supreme Court will make this pronouncement in a timely manner.
