Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz: Application Denied by Justice Ginsburg

Submitted by Phil on Fri, Nov 28, 20083 Comments

According to the Supreme Court docket for Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz, on Wednesday, November 26, Associate Justice Ruth Ginsburg denied Cort Wrotnowski’s Emergency Stay Application. I will continue to watch and see if Mr. Wrotnowski follows the same path of Leo Donofrio’s renewed stay application to a different Justice in his case of Donofrio v. Wells without going through the hijinks of the Supreme Court’s Clerk Office (though it appears the Clerk Office drama has already started in Mr. Wrotnowski’s case).

Following is a current copy of the Supreme Court docket…

does anyone know why Justice Ginsburg denied the stay?

Could it possibly be because this crap has no merit at all?
