House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Certified Obama’s Nomination

I have a PDF sent from Virginia SOS that is signed by Nancy Pelosi that specifically states she certified OBAMA’s qualifications. This is important because if OBAMA is not qualified by pending lawsuits, she can be held responsible for fraud , high crimes and misdemeanors, and misrepresentation.

Update: Sources say this document does not in any way mean that the Speaker has certified anybody’s eligiblity; this is merely stating that former Senator Barack Obama and Senator Joe Biden are duly nominated as the Democratic National Committee’s nominees for their respective offices.
Here is a link which shows the official certification. There is also one from SC; however, that one does not specify Obama is legally qualified. The one from HI does as HI requires that specific language.

After looking at both certifications, does it appear that Nancy Pelosi may not have signed the one from HI? The signatures on both certificates do not appear the same. I wonder if the Notary was given a stack of certifications with Pelosi and Germond’s signatures already there and she just notarized all of them one after another. Would Pelosi swear again that is her signature?
Polarik, On August 28, 2008, Nancy Pelosi, As Chair of the Democratic National Convention, and Co-Chair Alice Germond both swore under oath on the Official Certification of Nomination in the City and County of Denver, State of CO, that both Barack Obama and Joe Biden were “legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.” I have contacted both on three separate occasions and asked for the documentation they used. I have not heard from either one of them. I believe both committed fraud and am planning to contact my AG regarding this. I suggest everyone do the same.
I wish there was more to this, but there isn’t.
Pelosi, acting on behalf of the DNC, certified that Obama and Biden were duly elected by the DNC as their official candidates for the national Presidential election, and that the DNC are now officialy committed to campaign for them.
HOWEVER, there is absolutely NOTHING in this that attests to any qualifications, Constitutional or otherwise, to BE President.
Clearly, if you wish to devote your attention to something more serious, try felony document fraud, committed by Obama, with the aid of his campaign staffers and Factcheck, in posting a false identification document in violation of federal law. I’m talking about the forged document image alleged to be “Obama’s original birth certificate” that has been copied and posted across the Internet. Well, check that!
So worried are they about this bogus BC that Fight the Smears has been taken down and all of the websites promoting or containing Obama’s forged birth certificate, even the archived ones, have been scrubbed.
But, not to worry. Many people have collected both screen captures and printouts of the websites as well as every single copy of the forged birth certificate ever made.

To my eyes, this only certifies that these two people were nominated. It does NOT say anything about them being eligible.

Ditto. It only says they were nominated at the convention. It does not say anything about Constitutional qualifications. Of course, one could argue that the DNC should never have nominated someone who lacks Constitutional qualifications, and therefore Pelosi should be held responsible for the fraud of the candidate, should it be found he is not Constitutionally qualified.

Based on the document signed by Nancy Pelosi, she has certified the nomination of these two individuals. I would expect that she had specific guidelines for this process. Wouldn’t we expect that she would need to have proof that all of the Secretaries of State, etc. had provided her sufficient documentation to ensure the candidates were eligible for the office?

IF Pelosi verified Obama then she must be blind. There a 3 postings on his website all the same but with forgergies allover them. It is time we take down Pelosi, Reid and Obama. When people are notified of the transgression of these people I hope they will understand. It is represiable to any woman or man to verify a BC or tell us we do not need to see it. Although I’d be the first to bring pillows to a Pelosi tar and feather party, this is a non-starter.
First and most importantly, the democrats are in power so nothing will come of this.
Second, as the previous comment says, all she signed was a document that say the DNC nominated him as a candidate. There is no statement that he has been vetted and is eligible for the office.
Finally, she’s a democrat, which means she’s obviously not guilty.

This is a major disappointment. The document doesn’t “specifically state that she certified Obama’s qualifications”. It just says she certifies that he was nominated at the convention, which, of course, he was.
People need to be careful about misrepresenting documents. We are looking for an Affidavit of Eligibility, or something along those lines. This is NOT big news.
