Keyes v. Bowen: Orange County Register Post

Submitted by Phil on Tue, Nov 18, 2008No Comment

Today, the ocregister.com posted a story regarding Keyes v. Bowen.

Very interesting paragraph at the bottom of the story:

The suit alleges Bowen certified Obama as a candidate in California after “accepting a signed statement…with no verification demanded.” It was filed last week in Sacramento County Superior Court.

How likely do you think it is that the 49 other Seretaries of State did exactly the same thing?
