He was caught going 16 miles over the speed limit in Toledo a couple of weeks ago. When the officer recognized who he was, he just gave him a warning. People in the area are now fuming, thinking he should have gotten a ticket. Maybe. I know plenty of people who have been pulled over for speeding, and just gotten a warning. I am one of those people, I have a daughter who was one of those people, I have friends who have just been given a warning. It is up to the discretion of the officer.
